When I arrived at the Charlotte Airport, my first few days were spent with Danny and Julie Gilbreath, former Lopez residents who now live in Clemmons NC. Once Kelley and Casey had taken a break from their busy schedules, I joined them on Dec. 23rd and stayed with them thru the rest of my visit. I left on Dec. 29th, and arrived back on Lopez on the 30th.

The first set of photos were taken in the Clemmons neighborhoods around Danny and Julie’s house.

The second set was an amazing Winter Lights show at the Asheville Arboretum. Kelley, Casey, Vicki and I went on the night after Christmas, we walked around for over an hour while I took video of much of it.
